Step 1 - Discovery Meeting - In our first meeting with you, we get to know you and your desires, goals, and dreams and we learn about your current financial scenario.
Step 2 - Team Roundtable - After we meet with you, our team gathers the information we have learned from you to begin creating a strategies-based financial plan for you.
Step 3 - Strategies Planning Meeting - In our second meeting, we go over our team’s recommendations, discuss questions and concerns you might have, educate you on how and why we are recommending these strategies planning, and gain your approval to move forward with implementing your plan.
Step 4 - Implementation Meeting - In our third meeting, we begin the implementation of your comprehensive and customized financial plan. We review our suggestions on investments, insurance, and retirement solutions. We ensure that our plan for you is taking advantage of our robust professional network and is holding to our standards for both capital preservation and advanced planning strategies.
Step 5 - Review Meetings - Each year we meet with you quarterly or bi-annually, based on client preference, to review your entire portfolio and make any changes needed to stay on course. Additionally, we communicate with you via phone and email as often as needed.
